The electricity and water rate is as follow : 6 Baht per kw, 40 Baht per m3.
The cleaning rate is 300 Baht for a Studio and 470 Baht for a Suite.
Cleaning is made twice a week. Included in this price, the change of the sheets and towels.

The amount can be paid as soon as you arrive, in Baht or in currency with no extra fee.

• A 2 months deposit has to be paid on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you the last day of your stay.
• Rental fees are to be cleared the 1rst of each month. If your are more than 5 days late to pay the rent, we charge you a 100 B per day as late payment penality until the day of payment.
• If you rent is already overdue by 14 days (15 days late payment), you will have to leave the apartment and we will not refund the 2 months deposit to you.
• In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 2 months before your departure date.
• 6 month rental : Please clear at your arrival, 6 month rental fees in advance. An additionnal 5000B deposit to cover sundries expenses will also be required.
• 1 year rental : in case of early termination (before 1 year), the initial 2 months deposit and the 6 months rental fees in advance, will not be returned. In case of early termination, after 1 year of effective rental, a 2 months notice is required.
